One of the most recognizable Take Back the Night events of the week, the candlelight vigil is meant to foster an atmosphere of reverence and solidarity. It is an important opportunity for survivors, friends of survivors, and other UVa community members to share their stories and experiences. A variety of acapella performances including the Virginia Gentlemen and Hoos in Treble (HIT) will kick off the event. This event has been FOA approved by the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life.
